I'm Sophie, In 2023 I moved from the Northumberland coast to the stunning Hebridean Island of Mull, after I got an opportunity to live and work here, within 2 weeks I had packed up and arrived at a beautiful place called Scoor, and have never looked back.
There is nothing I love better than the scenic views here, overlooking Loch Assapol with views to the sea on the east and west of the Ross, with Staffa in the distance, the sunsets are incredible and there is an abundance of wildlife, being around nature for me soothes my soul.
I have always been creative and enjoy making new products, my inspiration comes from the nature and wildlife around me, and this is how Scoor Craft Creations began.
I'm currently enjoying the French art of decoupage and find it therapeutic with the attention to detail as it can be quite delicate, I also like the way how something plain can be transformed into something completely different and beautiful.
I have always said " You have to believe to achieve" and with sheer determination, a positive mindset and the belief in myself I now sell my products in various gift shops on the Island.
